What is your Photography & Recording Policy?
At Mama Strange Creations, every guest deserves a peaceful, relaxing, and private experience. To help preserve that atmosphere, we kindly ask that no photos, videos, audio recordings, livestreams, or other recordings be made without the mutual consent of everyone involved.
This simple courtesy helps us:

❁ Create a calm, distraction-free environment.
❁ Respect personal comfort and boundaries.
❁ Allow everyone to fully relax and enjoy their self-care experience.

What do I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We honor an atmosphere of ease, grace and well-being. If you need to reschedule, please text your name, appointment time and date as soon as possible. As long as you communicate clearly with me before your appointment there will be no charge to reschedule unless the appointment is missed with no communication. At the time of your rescheduling you will be responsible for a $45 no show fee .We ask that this flexibility be met with the same respect in which it is offered. Should we ever need to reschedule your appointment, we will gladly extend your service and include a spa gift as a thank-you for your grace and understanding.
What do I do if I left something behind?
If by chance you left something behind from your appointment please text me as soon as possible. Let me know your name, the item(s) and if necessary the date of your appointment. If I am not with a client, I can meet you outside of the studio. If I am unavailable, I can make make arrangements for your items to be left in the lost and found area. To ensure items are returned the proper person, you will need to show identification. The lost and found is located within the Casa de Luz Café. Should you need assistance, information or the lost and found of people, places and things, the café is the compass rose of the village. The café is open daily from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
How do I purchase some of the Lotions and Potions (SõL Essentials)?
If you want to ensure an essential item is available for purchase at your next appointment, please be sure to include this information in the details when you book your appointment. If you would like to drop by the studio and purchase or discuss any items, please text me at 512-415-5538 and we can work out an available time.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Please text me at 512-415-5538 or complete the “Let’s Connect” form on the home page. I can make arrangements to send the gift certificate directly to you or to the your chosen recipient. Certificates are available through mail, email or can be picked up in person. On your next visit, consider purchasing a gift certificate for a friend, loved one, co-worker, or even to be given away at an office or community raffle.
If you purchase a gift certificate for at least a 60 min service, you will receive 10% off your next appointment!
